Chris Poulsen is an East Texas native who received his BA in Communications from Baylor University.  Post-graduation, Chris enjoyed a long and successful period with a prominent real estate firm in Austin.  In 2013, Chris received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law and relocated to Dallas where he began his legal career.

Chris started his law career abstracting title and writing oil & gas title opinions, which made for a natural transition back to his true interest, real estate.  Chris’ practice primarily focuses on all aspects of real estate, lender finance, title and business planning.

Out of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and dog, Benny.
